3. CHANGE, CANCELLATION AND RETURN OF ORDERS.

In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, JUAN RAMON LOZANO, SAU submits to the consumer arbitration system / to the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will hear the matter, and that They will be those provided by the applicable legal regulations in matters of competent jurisdiction: in the case of end consumers, the place of fulfillment of the obligation or the domicile of the buyer.

In the event that the purchasing party acts on behalf of a legal entity, both parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Albacete.

Conditions of Withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, JUAN RAMON LOZANO, SAU makes available to buyers their right to exercise the withdrawal on the purchase made, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need to state any reason and without incurring additional costs, except as provided for extraordinary expenses outside the basic shipping established in the General Conditions of Accepted purchases or due to deterioration in the handling of the product for which the buyer is responsible.

Once the buyer has notified JUAN RAMON LOZANO, SAU of the withdrawal, the buyer must proceed to return the items / products purchased as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 20 calendar days from the notification of the withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to:

• The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
• The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Refund of the purchase amount.

Once the return of the product has been received and it has been verified that the product is in adequate condition and without deterioration other than the transport itself and the opening of the product by the buyer, JUAN RAMON LOZANO, S.A.U will proceed to refund the purchase amount.

Damages produced outside of those indicated above are deemed to be charged to the buyer.
