Conditions of Withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, JUAN RAMON LOZANO, SAU makes available to buyers their right to exercise the withdrawal on the purchase made, within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without the need to state any reason and without incurring additional costs, except as provided for extraordinary expenses outside the basic shipping established in the General Conditions of Accepted purchases or due to deterioration in the handling of the product for which the buyer is responsible.
