Deep ruby colour. Intense and complex aromas of blackberry, plum and black cherry accompanied by notes of liquorice, vanilla and cedar, and a subtle mineral aroma of wet stones. Fresh, with excellent acidity and round tannins, a lot of body and intense flavors of black fruit and sweet spices. Silky, elegant and persistent finish.

100% Tempranillo from 4 hectares planted between 1908 and 1945 in Samaniego, Laguardia and Ábalos. Calcareous clay soils. Average altitude: 550 m. Aged for 15 months in new French and American oak barrels. Production limited to 7,044 bottles.”
