Production process
Rosé wine is made from organically grown grapes. After destemming and gentle pressing (or skin contact), the must is settled and fermented at a controlled temperature. The process ends with fining, filtration and stabilisation, resulting in a clean, balanced wine.

Fresh, vibrant and memorable
A wine with an elegant pale salmon-pink colour, clean and very bright. On the nose it has high aromatic intensity, with aromas of blackberries and violets, a floral and white-fruit background with a very well-integrated touch of grapefruit. On the palate it is fresh, with good volume, balanced and rounded. It has retronasal aromas of black and red fruit, persistent with a warm finish.
