Color: Pale greenish yellow
Aroma: White fruits
Flavor: Long aftertaste of white fruits
Pairing: Salads, Pasta, Fish and seafood
Tasting note
Lemon yellow color of medium intensity.
Intense aromas of lemon, grapefruit peel, apricot with a soft perfume of orange blossom, on suggestive notes of butter and pastry, when it begins to open, subtle notes of sweet quince and honey appear.
Excellent acidity that gives it a magnificent freshness, unctuous with a lot of body and intense citrus flavors with notes of pastry. Its long finish allows us to prolong its enjoyment.
